These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SeikiStack. By creating a workspace, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
New workspaces receive a 14-day trial of Pro features, and no payment card is required to start. A paid subscription is required to continue using the workspace after the trial. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and can be changed or cancelled at any time from workspace billing settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SeikiStack — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, accessing data you're not authorized to see, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into your workspace. You can export it at any time, and we'll make it available to you for a reasonable period after your account closes.
Service availability
We work to keep SeikiStack available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SeikiStack and ChozekAI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace owners directly.
